The husband and wife team own and operate their boat leasing business out of Seattle, WA. They can provide a variety of support to Marine Construction Projects, Diving and Salvage Companies, Enviromental Response and Spill Prevention Crews as well as Research and Survey Businesses in the greater Puget Sound Areas. No jobs are too big or too small. We do it all.
Their boat, “Lola M” is available for lease under a Bareboat or Time Charter Agreement.

“Lola M” has unlimited versatility. It is a multifunctional utility vessel ideal for diving and marine constructions projects. Its open deck allows for larger scale projects as well as research, marine mammal observation and support.
In Addition to leasing our vessels, we can provide a USCG certified captain as well as diving and salvage consulting services upon request.

LIR marine is a family owned business
Ian Costin has 16+ years working in the Diving and Marine Industry. He is USCG certified captain with a 100 ton license. In addition, he has 15 years experience in small and mid size vessel operations. He is President of Lir Marine, LLC.
Genny Costin’s professional background is in Corporate Retail Management and high-end Sales. Graduate of University of Washington. She is CEO of Lir Marine, LLC.
Our first boat is named after our first child, Lola. She is a recent graduate of Nathan Hale High School and aspiring Boss Lady at Lir Marine, LLC. She is CKO of Lir Marine, LLC.
